Our building is located on Broadway just south of Hildebrand Avenue with excellent access to both the airport and downtown. PARKING: please park in the building’s garage off Thorman Place in any unreserved space. You should find ample unrestricted spaces on the two lower levels or on the roof. Please do not park in a reserved or 2-hour restricted space. Stairwells are located in the middle of the garage. Suite 616 is on the 6th floor to the right as you exit the building elevators.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

From the airport: Follow the signs exiting the airport to downtown San Antonio. Take the ramp onto the highway toward US-281 South. On US-281 go 3.1 miles and exit at the Hildebrand Exit. At the light turn left onto East Hildebrand. Go 0.6 miles to Broadway. Turn right on Broadway and move quickly into the left lane. We are located in the six story brown building on the left. It will say Sterling Bank at the top. Turn left just before the building onto Thorman Place and right into the parking garage.

From downtown- Houston Street @ North St. Marys: Go east on Houston Street two blocks to Broadway and turn left. (Lasoya is a one way right only and Broadway is two way going left.) Continue on Broadway approximately 3 miles. 4040 Broadway is the six story building on the right. It will say Sterling Bank at the top. Turn right on Thorman Place just past the building and right into the parking garage.
